Your information
A personal message deserves care.
This page explains how the Contact Dynamite application handles information. Contact Dynamite is an Agent Power Ups product from Thunderbird Agency.
What the app stores
Your account profile, contacts you add, uploaded videos, sending history, watch activity and video replies are used to provide the service. Connected CRM credentials are encrypted in storage; API keys are stored as hashes.
Who can see a video
Watch pages are shareable links. Anyone with the link can open and forward it. A personalized link may show the recipient’s first name and the sender’s profile. Don’t use videos or replies to exchange passwords, financial documents or other sensitive information.
Watch activity and replies
Opening a personalized link, playing a video, tapping a button or submitting a reply can be recorded and shown to the sender or their connected CRM. Email open tracking can be affected by mail privacy settings and automated scanners; it is not proof that a person read a message. Reply details you submit are shared with the sender.
Services used to deliver the product
The application integrates Clerk for sign-in, Supabase for application data, Cloudflare Stream for video and Stripe for subscriptions. Configured delivery providers and connected CRMs receive the information needed to send messages or synchronize activity. AI avatar features, when enabled, use HeyGen.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel on contactdynamite.com, including the signed-in hub and personal video pages. They show us how people find and use Contact Dynamite and measure our marketing. We may also use them to show Contact Dynamite ads on Facebook, Instagram and Google to people who have visited our website.
What Google and Meta receive
When a page loads, or when you take one of the actions below, your browser sends Google and Meta:
- the address of the page (and, to Google, its title), the website that sent you here, and the time;
- technical details such as your browser, device type, operating system, screen size, language and time zone;
- your IP address, which Google uses to estimate a general location and says Google Analytics does not store (Meta also receives it);
- a random ID kept in a cookie on your browser (see below);
- which of these happened: viewing a page, viewing pricing, tapping a link to call, text, email or book time with us, creating an account, starting or completing a subscription checkout (only the plan, price and currency), and sending your first video. Google Analytics also measures interactions such as scrolling, time on page, clicks on links to other websites, and starting or submitting a form.
We never send your name, email address or phone number, anything you type into a form, your contacts’ names, email addresses or phone numbers, or the content of your videos, messages or replies. Page addresses can contain random IDs, such as the code in a video link, but never names or contact details. On personal video pages, Google and Meta learn that the page was visited, but not which reply buttons were tapped or what a reply says. We have turned off Meta’s automatic collection of button text and page details, and we don’t use Meta’s automatic advanced matching. If you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram in the same browser, Meta may connect these events to your account. Google and Meta handle this data under their own policies: the Google Privacy Policy, how Google uses information from sites that use its services, and the Meta Privacy Policy.
Cookies and browser storage
- Google Analytics sets
_gaand_ga_followed by our Google Analytics ID. They hold a random visitor ID and your current session for up to two years (some browsers keep them for less). - The Meta pixel sets
_fbp, a random browser ID kept for 90 days, and_fbc, kept for 90 days, only when you arrive by clicking one of our Meta ads. It also saves the last outside website that sent you here in your browser’s local storage. - Contact Dynamite saves a small note in your browser once a sign-up, subscription or first send has been reported, so it is not counted twice. The note stays on your device.
- Sign-in uses Clerk’s own necessary cookies to keep you signed in and protect the sign-in service. They are not used for analytics or advertising.
How to opt out
- Google Analytics: install Google’s opt-out browser add-on, and manage ad personalization in My Ad Center.
- Meta: sign in to review your ad preferences and your activity off Meta technologies. Meta’s Cookies Policy explains its cookies.
- Interest-based ads from participating companies: DAA WebChoices and the NAI opt-out page.
- Your browser: block or delete cookies, browse privately, or use a content blocker. Blocking analytics and advertising cookies does not affect how Contact Dynamite works.
Our website does not change how it behaves when a browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal.
Your phone and controls
Camera and microphone access is requested when you choose to record. The installable app caches a generic offline page, not your contact list or videos. Unsaved recordings remain in the open page until uploaded or downloaded by you. You can update your profile, remove contacts and disconnect a CRM in the hub.
Questions or account-data requests
Contact hello@agentpowerups.com for privacy questions or to request account-data access or deletion. Removing a contact in the hub does not remove historical sends or delete records already synchronized to an external CRM.
