The agreement
Straightforward terms.
These terms cover your use of Contact Dynamite, an Agent Power Ups product from Thunderbird Agency LLC. By creating an account you agree to them. Last updated 19 September 2026.
What you get
Contact Dynamite lets you record personal videos, send them to your contacts by email, share links yourself, and see watch activity and replies. Included usage for each plan is listed on the pricing section of our home page and in your hub. Sending email requires a working sending connection; if one is not configured or your provider refuses a message, we tell you the message was not sent rather than implying it was delivered.
Trial, payment and cancellation
New accounts include a 7-day trial with reduced limits and no card required. After the trial, continued sending requires a paid subscription at the price shown at checkout — currently $75 per month, or $600per year. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from billing management in your hub; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and we do not prorate partial periods. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
How you may use it
Send only to people you have a genuine relationship with or a lawful basis to contact, and honour every unsubscribe request. Do not use the service to send bulk unsolicited messages, anything misleading, or content you do not have the right to send. You are responsible for the content of your videos and messages, for the accuracy of your contact list, and for complying with the marketing, privacy and real-estate advertising rules that apply to you. We may pause sending on an account that generates excessive bounces or complaints, because one sender's behaviour affects delivery for everyone.
Your content stays yours
You keep ownership of your videos, contacts and messages. You grant us only the permission needed to host, process and deliver them on your behalf. We do not sell your data and we do not use your videos to promote the product without asking you first. See the privacy page for what is stored and who can see a watch link.
Ending an account
You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts delivery for other customers at risk, and we will tell you why. On closure you lose access to stored videos and history, so export anything you want to keep first. Watch links stop working when their video is removed.
What we do not promise
The service is provided as is. We work hard on reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, that a given email reaches an inbox rather than a spam folder, or that watch and open tracking is exact — open tracking in particular is an estimate that privacy tools and automated scanners can trigger. Nothing here is legal, financial or real estate advice. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or business opportunities.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the hub or by email before they take effect, and continuing to use the service means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Questions go to hello@agentpowerups.com.
